Darlene serves the Greater Tampa Bay area as a Realtor Consultant specializing in luxury home marketing, relocation buyers/sellers, new construction and Commercial office.   Darlene’s background as a career individual prior to her transitioning to Tampa Bay from Hilton Head Island, SC in ’05 was inclusive of managing large organizations in addition to a business owner herself, she brought a wealth of relative experience into real estate in ’05 that included finance, managing people, marketing and all aspects of large business organizations with the pulse always on forward thinking!

 

Darlene has been noted as a top 1% performer year after year with over 100M in sold volume, she contributes her success to her dedication of providing a service like no other, her clients speak of her as engaged, committed, results oriented and inspiring!

Darlene is known for her never ending energy, she commits long hours to her clients, however you may find her on the golf course occasionally chasing a little white ball, designing homes or volunteering with many of the local organizations and Associations, Darlene was voted in by her business colleagues as the 2020 President of the Association of Realtors, a testimony of respect for her professional involvement to the real estate industry,  she continues to serve on the State and National boards today.
